STEP 2: THE 80 MILLION YEAR JOURNEY. Entrance to the Espai Món Orxata. A surprising journey that connects the chufa with dinosaurs, pharaohs and Da Vinci, among many others. Archaebotany, science and tradition that will forever change your perception of chufa and horchata. STEP 3: THE WORKER. Visit the workman of the mythical carts that have been supplying Valencia for centuries. STEP 4: TASTE. Tasting of horchatas and local pastries. STEP 5 : WORKSHOP. How to make horchata and other vegetable drinks at home and tasting the almond horchata, chufas and dates that we will make. HORCHATEROUS GIFT. Each visitor will receive a bag of chufas, fartons and chufa chocolate.
